Then, just before you launch your business, we’ll join you to make sure you are feeling confident to begin.

Our franchise team will give you the tools and guidance you need to grow your business. We’ll provide both remote support and onsite field visits, to continuously guide you and your business. We’ll provide important business management support functions, including recommendations for a 24/7 on-call service. We’re continually seeking ways to better help you, from third-party staffing management resources to billing support.

You will also have access to the CareDiem Home Care Confidential Operations Manual. The Confidential Operations Manual is quick reference with certain recommendations and requirements for operating your business. However, please note that as a franchisee, you are solely responsible for the day-to-day to operations of your business.
