STORY
With a passion for delivering exceptional care, our co-founders Grishma Patel and Danielle Rajoo created CareDiem Home Care. Grishma’s nursing career and personal experience caring for her ailing mother revealed a crucial need for high-quality, flexible in-home care. She and her siblings supported their mother’s daily living needs and provided the physical care needed, instead of spending quality time with their mom and cherishing those lasting memories.
This experience exposed significant gaps in the support system for loved ones, fueling Grishma’s determination to create a better solution for families. She and Danielle envisioned a care model that would provide top-notch assistance and support, empowering families to focus on what matters most – quality time with their loved ones.
From this vision, CareDiem Home Care was born. Our business and franchise model are dedicated to filling the gaps in care, providing flexible and compassionate support to those who need it most.

Grishma Patel
Danielle Rajoo
Grishma Patel's dedication to healthcare spans over two decades, beginning her journey as a Nursing Tech at a hospital 27 years ago. Although she initially pursued a degree in Criminal Justice, the loss of her mother redirected her path back to healthcare. Driven by personal experience, she earned her Nursing License and gained diverse experience as a staff nurse in various settings, including Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, and as a Pediatric Nurse in a home-based environment.
In 2013, Grishma founded At Your Service HomeCare, now known as CareDiem Home Care. The catalyst for CareDiem Home Care came when Grishma learned firsthand the importance of high-quality, flexible, in-home care. She and her siblings cared for their ailing mother, Ranjan, into her final days, and during that time, they spent much of their time helping her with the important tasks of daily living.
Grishma realized that those precious moments spending quality time with her and making memories were fleeting, and she recognized many gaps in how loved ones were supported and the need for high-quality in-home care. This led to the development of the CareDiem Home Care business and franchise model. Under her leadership, CareDiem Home Care has grown into a successful franchise system, with a mission to inspire franchisees to uphold the highest standards in home care. Alongside her business partner, Danielle Rajoo, Grishma continues to drive the company's vision, empowering individuals and families to receive compassionate and professional care in the comfort of their own homes.
As CEO, Grishma brings her extensive nursing experience, entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for delivering exceptional care to the forefront, guiding CareDiem Home Care's growth and success. Her commitment to quality care and franchisee support has established CareDiem Home Care as a leader in the home care industry.
CareDiem Home Care co-founder and Chief Operating Officer Danielle Rajoo has dedicated her career to making a positive impact in the healthcare industry.
After completing her undergraduate education in biomedical sciences at the esteemed National University of Singapore, Danielle held a Senior Executive role in International Relations at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. There, she successfully led the team in fostering key partnerships with top medical schools across Europe and the Asia-Pacific regions.
Since moving to the US, Danielle has further enhanced her expertise with two Master's degrees — one in Healthcare Administration and another in Healthcare Informatics. This unique combination of credentials enables her to approach healthcare challenges with a comprehensive understanding of both clinical and administrative aspects, ensuring that CareDiem Home Care remains at the forefront of Patient-centered care in the home care industry.
